The Infinite Creative Agency: Unlocking the Creator in All of Us

The Infinite Creative Agency: Unlocking the Creator in All of Us

Keynote / Conference Talk / Virtual Session

What happens when a career creative director starts using AI tools: really using them for creative work? In sixty days he produces three music albums, a serialized novel with an original soundtrack, a weekly newsletter on AI for Creatives, a growing body of visual fine art, and an Human-AI Interactions bootcamp for his colleagues. How did this happen? By having the friction between his vision and creation removed.

The Infinite Creative Agency is a keynote built for creative professionals — art directors, designers, copywriters, songwriters, illustrators, authors — who are aware of AI but haven't yet grasped how fundamentally it changes what they can create, how they create, and how quickly they can bring their vision to life. This isn't a technology talk. It's a story about what happens when the barriers between creative vision and finished work start to disappear.

The talk opens with a live songwriting demo — the audience helps write and produce a finished song in a few minutes — and moves through the personal narrative of a lifelong creative who went from telling his son "this is where I got to" to building an entire creative portfolio in just a few months. Along the way, we cover the “Intentional Middle” (using AI with artistic integrity, under human direction), the Human-AI Relationship (why context beats prompting every time), and a practical framework for getting started.

Your audience will leave not just inspired, but with a plan.

Available as a 40-45 minute keynote for live conferences and events, a 60-minute extended session with Q&A, or a virtual presentation for distributed teams.

AI 101 Bootcamp: A New Way of Working with AI

AI 101 Bootcamp: A New Way of Working with AI

Workshop / Training Session / Team Education

Most AI training teaches people which buttons to press. This one teaches them how to think.

The AI 101 Bootcamp is a hands-on session designed for creative professionals and teams who want to understand what AI actually is, how to interact with it effectively, and how to navigate the ethical questions that come with it. Built around the principle that AI tools are new teammates — not search engines — the session covers the anatomy of an AI system (Intelligence, Knowledge, Output, and Autonomy), how to choose the right tool for the right job, and how to direct AI the way a creative director directs a team. The session includes a live workflow demonstration where the audience watches a song get conceived, written, arranged, performed, illustrated, and described — end to end — with clear identification of which roles are human and which are AI at every step. We also tackle the three questions everyone asks: Is this cheating? Didn't these tools steal from artists? And is AI going to take over the world? The answers are honest, grounded, and designed to give your team the language they need for the conversations they're already having. The bootcamp has been delivered to creative teams and has been praised for making AI feel accessible, practical, and genuinely exciting rather than threatening.

Available as a 45-60 minute session for teams and organizations, in-person or virtual.

AI Consulting for Creative Teams

AI Consulting for Creative Teams

One-on-One / Team Consulting / Strategic Advisory

If you're a creative leader trying to figure out where AI fits into your team's process — or a creative professional who wants to go deeper — I can help.

I work with individuals and teams on the human-AI relationship: how to build context-rich working partnerships with AI tools, how to identify where AI can amplify creative potential without replacing creative judgment, and how to develop AI-enabled workflows that match the way your team actually works. This isn't about adopting every new tool. It's about finding the Intentional Middle — using AI where it makes sense, under human direction, with transparency and integrity. I bring the perspective of someone who has spent over two decades leading creative teams in live events and brand experiences, who holds an advanced certificate in AI strategies from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and who is using these tools every single day to produce real creative work across photography, music, fiction, and visual art. I've been where you are. I can help you get where you're going.

Available for individual consulting, team workshops, and ongoing advisory engagements.
